Get help with the worker retention payment

Early childhood education and care (ECEC) providers can get extra help to engage with the worker retention payment.

Support for the worker retention payment has been extended

Providers can continue to access free support through the next stage of the worker retention payment and until the end of the program in June 2028. This page will be updated as additional support becomes available.

We’re funding organisations to help you understand, apply for and meet the conditions of the worker retention payment.

The organisations were selected based on their:

knowledge of the ECEC sector, and
understanding of the worker retention payment.

Child Care Subsidy approved providers can access these support services at no cost. You do not need to be a member to use them.

Workplace instrument templates sold commercially may not meet the worker retention payment requirements. We recommend you get support through the organisations listed on this page.
