Infringement notices register

We issue infringement notices, or fines, to providers that don’t follow the rules under Family Assistance Law. We publish de-identified information about infringement notices to demonstrate our compliance monitoring priorities to providers and services.

We  may publish information about infringement notices, in accordance with section 199B of A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999.
