Registered child care software

Child care providers can use third-party software to access the Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS). This page lists the registered software products.

The software providers listed have provided a warranty to the department that their software has been tested for use with:

• Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS)
• Inclusion Support Management System (ISMS).

Listing on this page does not constitute an endorsement from the department.

When choosing a software product, you should:

• select a software product based on independent consideration and/or advice
• ensure the software is suitable for your services
• ensure your chosen software works as expected
• seek independent advice if you believe that a statement made by a software provider is false and/or misleading.

The department does not accept liability for these products, including, but not limited to:

• Any adverse effect these products may have on your existing IT environment.
• Any outcome arising directly or indirectly as a result of using these products. This includes failure to comply with your obligations.
