We take enforcement action against early childhood education and care providers and services who do not comply with Family Assistance Law. We may publish details of our enforcement action in the public interest.

On this page:

Enforcement actions we may publish can include:

  • suspending or cancelling your CCS approval
  • civil penalty orders
  • conditions imposed for continued approval
  • criminal convictions.

We may publish information about our enforcement action, in accordance with section 199B of A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999.
