The Language Academy Pty Ltd [03758G] was placed into liquidation and ceased operating on Thursday 1 May 2025. Worrells has been appointed as the liquidator.
The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is in contact with Worrells to inform them of The Language Academy’s obligations to students and to determine how we can support The Language Academy and their students during this difficult time.
The TPS acknowledges that The Malka Group (03397E), trading as TMG Training and Consulting, TMG College Australia, which closed and entered voluntary administration on 8 August 2022, has now reopened under new ownership.
The TPS is continuing to assist the remaining international students affected by the TMG closure in August 2022.
