PAXMIL Education Holdings Pty Ltd [02368G], trading as Perth International College of English, was placed into liquidation and ceased operating on Monday 16 June 2025. Sheridans Chartered Accountants has been appointed as the liquidator.

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Monday 16 June 2025 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of Perth International College of English.

Greenhill Education Group Pty Ltd [03002G], trading as Royal Greenhill Institute of Technology (RGIT), ceased operating on Friday 22 August 2025. SV Partners has been appointed as the liquidator.

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Thursday 28 August 2025 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of RGIT.

Xamerg Pty Ltd [02480G], trading as The Eagle Academy, ceased delivery of its courses to international students on Tuesday 4 October 2022. The TPS has stepped in to refund students their unspent tuition fees.

The Language Academy Pty Ltd [03758G] was placed into liquidation and ceased operating on Thursday 1 May 2025. Worrells has been appointed as the liquidator.

The TPS acknowledges that The Malka Group (03397E), trading as TMG Training and Consulting, TMG College Australia, which closed and entered voluntary administration on 8 August 2022, has now reopened under new ownership.

The TPS is continuing to assist the remaining international students affected by the TMG closure in August 2022.

The Malka Group Pty Ltd [03397E], trading as TMG Training and Consulting, TMG College Australia, entered voluntary administration on Thursday 14 March 2024. Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants has been appointed as the administrator.

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Thursday 28 March 2024 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of The Malka Group.

United Pop Australia Pty Ltd [03749G] entered voluntary administration on Wednesday 25 October 2023. PKF Melbourne has been appointed as the administrator.

UPC Pty Ltd [02751M], trading as University Preparation College, was placed into liquidation and ceased operating on Wednesday 17 December 2025. Westburn Advisory has been appointed as the liquidator.

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Thursday 18 December 2025 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of University Preparation College.

Australian Pilot Training Academy [02844F] (APTA) trading as Vortex Air Academy defaulted on 8 November 2022 and did not meet its obligations to its international students in Australia and intending overseas students.

Merage Group Pty Ltd [03825A], trading as Western Sydney Technology College, entered liquidation on Monday 11 March 2024. SV Partners has been appointed as the liquidator.

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Thursday 14 March 2024 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of Western Sydney Technology College.
