The Malka Group Pty Ltd [03397E], trading as TMG Training and Consulting, TMG College Australia, entered voluntary administration on Thursday 14 March 2024. Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants has been appointed as the administrator.

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Thursday 28 March 2024 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of The Malka Group.

Ultimate Education Group Pty Ltd [03511G], trading as Ultimate Institute of Australia, ceased operating on Monday 9 March 2026. Hall Chadwick has been appointed as the liquidator.

Merage Group Pty Ltd [03825A], trading as Western Sydney Technology College, entered liquidation on Monday 11 March 2024. SV Partners has been appointed as the liquidator.
