About the grant
The large-scale grant round will provide capital funding to build or expand multiple centre-based day care (CBDC) services in areas of need. It is a targeted, competitive grant opportunity for large not-for-profit providers with:
- a track record of delivering high quality ECEC services
- experience building CBDC services approved under the National Law.
This grant round is part of the $1 billion Building Early Education Fund.
Eligibility
You may apply if your organisation:
- is not-for-profit
- is a Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved provider
- operates 10 or more CBDC services approved under the National Law
- can build or expand and operate at least 3 CBDC services across multiple local government areas.

How to apply
Complete and submit the Large-scale grant round application form by 17 March 2026.
A person with management or control (PMC) of your provider must submit the application.
