Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) Transition Plan Template
If a provider is unable to allocate a minimum of 40 per cent of SSAF revenue to student-led organisations and maintain other key services (e.g. health services) to the expected level, it will be required to seek approval from the Department of Education for an agreed transition arrangement.
Providers can apply for transitional arrangements using this transition plan template. This template provides all necessary guidance around what a transition plan application must include.
Applications for 2025 transitional arrangements are due by 28 February 2025.
