2026–27 Education Portfolio Budget Statements
The 2026-27 Education Portfolio Budget Statements (PBS) provide information on the proposed allocation of funds to achieve government outcomes. They include budget statements for the department as well as entities working under the portfolio.
The statements provide information to assist parliament to understand the purpose of each outcome. The Education PBS were tabled on 12 May 2026.

Department of Education Employer Statement 2026
The Department of Education Employer Statement affirms our ongoing commitment to gender equality which includes fostering a workplace where all employees are recognised and rewarded fairly ensuring equal pay for equal work - regardless of gender. The statements provide information to assist parliament to understand the purpose of each outcome. The Education Portfolio Budget Statements (PBS) were tabled on 25 March 2025.
The Education Portfolio Additional Estimates Statements (PAES) were tabled on 5 February 2026.
The Education Portfolio Supplementary Additional Estimates (PSAES) were tabled on 12 May 2026.
