Submit your application

Once you’ve gathered all the required information and evidence, you’re ready to submit your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approval application. This page outlines how to complete and submit your application.

On this page:

Accessing the application

You must apply for CCS approval via the National Quality Agenda IT System.

It is a good idea to create the application as early as possible before you commence operating. This will help you get an understanding of what is required.

You won’t be able to finalise or submit the application until you’ve gathered all the required information and evidence.

Completing the application

You must complete all fields to proceed through each section of the application.

You can save and exit your application at any time. If you do not return to your application within 60 days, it will lapse and you will need to start again.

Submitting the application

Once you’ve completed all fields and uploaded the required documents, you’ll be prompted to sign a declaration and submit your application.

Please read the declaration carefully. You must have authority to make the declaration.

After submitting, you’ll get a provider approval receipt. We recommend saving a record of the receipt number.
