The Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act) and associated guidelines require higher education providers approved under the Act to meet a number of requirements that relate to fees. Higher education providers applying for approval under the Act are required to complete the Fee Requirements Form as part of their application.

The Senior Authorised Officers' Statutory Declaration is an overarching declaration to be signed by two Directors, or the Director and Secretary, of the body corporate applying to become a higher education provider (HEP).
