To access the Education Funding System via EducationHUB, all users need a Digital ID. RAM (Relationship Authorisation Manager) helps you connect your myID to your organisation, making it easy and secure to manage who can act on behalf of your organisation when using government services like EFS.

The Education Funding System (EFS) will be delivered incrementally, over 5 releases, between November 2025 and December 2026. Providing transitional architecture that enables legacy systems, such as SchoolsHUB, to incrementally transition to the EFS, while maintaining delivery of accurate and timely payments, based on policy, legislative and program needs.
