UPC Pty Ltd [02751M], trading as University Preparation College, was placed into liquidation and ceased operating on Wednesday 17 December 2025. Westburn Advisory has been appointed as the liquidator.
The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) activated on Thursday 18 December 2025 and will be working to assist the international students affected by the closure of University Preparation College.

Information session for students
The TPS conducted an online information session for the students affected by the closure of University Preparation College on Friday 19 December 2025. A recording of the online information session and the slides are available for viewing.
Student records
Students are strongly encouraged to obtain an up-to-date copy of their student records from University Preparation College.
If you are unable to obtain a copy of your student records for the units of study you have already completed, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) may be able to assist. The ASQA website includes information about how ASQA can help students and how to get a copy of your student records.
