The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is conducting sector consultation on the draft settings of the 2026 International TPS Levy throughout September and October 2025.
The TPS Advisory Board will provide its draft advice to the TPS Director regarding the settings of the 2026 International TPS Levy at the August 2025 Board meeting.
Throughout September and October 2025, the TPS will conduct a series of consultation sessions on the draft levy settings for leviable CRICOS education providers. Providers are invited to attend one or more of the following consultation sessions to learn about and provide feedback on the draft levy settings before they are finalised:
- Online: Tuesday 2 September 2025, 3-4pm (AEST). Register to attend this session.
- Melbourne (in-person): Wednesday 10 September 2025, 11am-12:15pm and 1:30-2:45pm (AEST)
- Sydney (in-person): Wednesday 17 September 2025, 10-11:15am and 11:45am-1pm (AEST)
- Brisbane (in-person): Wednesday 8 October 2025, 10-11:15am (AEST)
- Perth (in-person): Wednesday 29 October 2025, 10-11:15am (AWST)

Feedback received from the sector on the draft levy settings will be presented to the Board for consideration ahead of its November 2025 meeting, when the Board will provide its final advice on the 2026 International TPS Levy settings to the TPS Director.
