The TPS acknowledges that The Malka Group (03397E), trading as TMG Training and Consulting, TMG College Australia, which closed and entered voluntary administration on 8 August 2022, has now reopened under new ownership.

The TPS is continuing to assist the remaining international students affected by the TMG closure in August 2022.

Ability Education Pty Ltd [01530K], trading as Ability English, defaulted on Tuesday 27 April 2021 and did not meet its obligations to its international students.

The Children’s Services Education (03780J) closed on 27 April 2021 and information on this page is current as of 21/05/2021.

EC English Australia Pty Ltd [03812F], trading as EC English, defaulted on Wednesday 24 March 2021.
