The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is conducting sector consultation on the draft 2026 VSL, HELP and Up-front Payments Tuition Protection Levy settings throughout March and April 2026.
The TPS Advisory Board will provide its draft advice on the 2026 Domestic Tuition Protection Levy settings to the TPS Director at the March 2026 Board meeting.
Leviable domestic education providers are invited to attend one or more of the following consultation sessions to learn about and provide feedback on the draft levy settings:
- Online: Friday 6 March 2026, 2-3pm (AEDT). Register to attend this consultation session.
- Sydney (in-person): Wednesday 11 March 2026, 10-11am (AEDT)
- Brisbane (in-person): Wednesday 18 March 2026, 10-11am (AEST)
- Melbourne (in-person): Wednesday 25 March 2026, 10-11am (AEDT)

Feedback received from the sector will be presented to the Board for consideration ahead of its May 2026 meeting, when the Board will provide its final levy settings advice to the TPS Director.
