Ultimate Education Group Pty Ltd [03511G], trading as Ultimate Institute of Australia, ceased operating on Monday 9 March 2026. Hall Chadwick has been appointed as the liquidator.
The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) began assisting the students affected by the closure of Ultimate Institute of Australia on Tuesday 14 April 2026.
