The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is conducting sector consultation on the draft settings of the 2027 International TPS Levy throughout September and October 2026.
The TPS Advisory Board will provide its draft advice to the TPS Director regarding the settings of the 2027 International TPS Levy at the August 2026 Board meeting.
Throughout September and October 2026, the TPS will conduct a series of consultation sessions on the draft levy settings for leviable CRICOS education providers. Providers are invited to register to attend one or more of the following consultation sessions to learn about and provide feedback on the draft levy settings before they are finalised:

Feedback received from the sector on the draft levy settings will be presented to the Board for consideration ahead of its November 2026 meeting, when the Board will provide its final advice on the 2027 International TPS Levy settings to the TPS Director.
