The Guidance on Collecting Annual Reporting Data supports providers to meet data collection requirements of the National Code, by providing clear directions for how higher education providers must collect and manage annual reporting data required under paragraphs 6.12-6.14 of the National Code.
This document was updated on 30 April 2026. Providers should refer to this version to ensure they are using the most current materials.
In support of this update, the GBV Regulator has also prepared a summary document that clearly sets out the key changes.
