The Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) is the Chinese Central Government agency responsible for verifying overseas academic qualifications. The CSCSE publishes a list of overseas institutions for which the CSCSE has verified a qualification over the last 5 years. If no graduates have applied for verification over the last 5 years, an overseas institution will have be removed from the list. Graduates from overseas institutions that do not appear on the list can still apply to have their qualifications verified.
