On 17 November 2025 the Department of Education launched EducationHUB.gov.au.
EducationHUB is the Department of Education’s central online entry point for education providers, offering secure access to the Education Funding System and related services.
EducationHUB brings together key services, guidance and support materials for education providers in one place.
Through EducationHUB, users can:
- access the Education Funding System (EFS)
- find information and guidance relevant to their organisation
- receive updates on system changes and new functionality
- access support materials and resources.
EducationHUB is designed to provide a simpler and more consistent user experience, reducing the need to access multiple systems or channels.
Over time, EducationHUB will expand to become the primary access point for a broader range of education services, simplifying how providers interact with the Department.
What this means for education providers
EducationHUB changes how providers interact with the Department of Education by:
- centralising access to systems and services
- bringing together information and guidance in one place
- enabling activities to be completed directly within a secure online environment.
Along with the EFS, EducationHUB will continue to evolve over time, with additional services and functionality introduced progressively.
As part of the Education Funding System (EFS), the Department of Education has launched EducationHUB.gov.au
EducationHUB will be a new dedicated website, which education providers will use to:
- find information about funding arrangements, legislation and policy
- find resources including training materials and user guides
- access the EFS using their Digital ID.
Over time, EducationHUB will evolve to become an entry point for all Department of Education providers, significantly streamlining the user experience across our complex stakeholder landscape.
As EducationHUB evolves, so too will the number of education services available.
