The Student Wellbeing Hub (the Hub) promotes student wellbeing, safety and positive relationships. Designed for educators, parents, carers and students, the Hub provides high quality, age-appropriate information to support student wellbeing and safety.

The Hub includes an educator section which has free, self-paced and certificated professional learning courses that cover a range of key topics for schools. The parent section contains advice, information, and guides to support their children’s journey through school. The student area provides games, quizzes and videos about topics important to them.

Some of the resources include:

  • ‘Brain Break Bops’ which are short, animated videos featuring interoception and self-regulation activities for early years
  • A new free professional learning course on interoception and self-regulation. This course is suitable for primary and secondary educators with an interest in supporting children and young people with emotional self-regulation, mental health and wellbeing, and social and emotional skills
  • Your School Wellbeing Check, a school assessment survey that helps to identify and analyse your school’s wellbeing
  • Helping Hands: Disaster Resilience Tool Kit (ABC Kids), a disaster resilience curriculum planning tool kit for early childhood educators to help young children and their families prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies and disasters.
