New National Agreement on Closing the Gap
The National Agreement on Closing the Gap (the National Agreement) enables Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and governments to work together to overcome the inequality experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and achieve life outcomes equal to all Australians.
Support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
The Australian Government is providing record levels of school funding for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Schools may also attract funding depending on the student’s or their school’s circumstances.
