This project aims to drive a major improvement in the quality of mathematics and science education and outcomes in Australia by engaging pre- and in-service teachers in real science. This collaboration between leading teacher educators, scientists and mathematicians will deliver innovative resources to equip school teachers to inspire and motivate students through authentic, inquiry-based learning.
The project is led from Macquarie University. Partners include Australian Catholic University, Charles Sturt University, Edith Cowan University, The University of Notre Dame Australia, University of Canberra, University of Western Sydney, Australian Astronomical Observatory, CSIRO, and Las Cumbres Observatory Global Telescope Network (USA).
