HELP newsletters

The HELP Newsletter assists administrative staff with operational and policy matters relating to the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) and the VET Student Loans program. Our newsletters cover legislative changes, distribution of the HELP products, reporting dates and other important information.

The department is changing the way we provide the HELP newsletter. Previously, we used the contacts in HITS as our email distribution list. From now, staff can manage their own subscription by registering to receive the HELP newsletter.

Please note that if you already receive the HELP newsletter directly from the department, you will automatically be subscribed.
