The Australian Training Awards has recently released the fourth Real Stories Real Achievements video series which shares the inspirational journeys of people and organisations that have found career and business success through vocational education and training (VET).

To date, the series has enjoyed over 153,000 collective views – as well as public broadcasts and many event and conference showings.

The videos star the winners and finalists of the Australian Training Awards alumni, many of whom are also Australian Apprenticeships Ambassadors.

The videos illustrate the benefits of skills. For individuals, they show how an investment in training can lead to real careers. For businesses, the stories share evidence of best practice in training and how businesses have used VET to ensure long term and sustainable growth.

Over the coming few weeks will be shared across a wide range of government, industry and consumer communication channels and web traffic will be driven from the Australian Training Awards website and the Australian Apprenticeships website.

New videos include:

The Motorcycle Mechanic: Brenden's Story

The Electrician: Jared's Story

The Direct Care Assistant: Madeline's Story
