National Training Complaints Hotline protects students

Students, apprentices and employers now have access to the National Training Complaints Hotline, launched today by Assistant Minister for Education and Training, Senator the Hon Simon Birmingham.

This joint Commonwealth, state and territory government initiative helps apprentices and students lodge complaints and serves employers concerned about any aspect of the training system.

The Hotline directs consumer’s complaints to relevant authorities.
