Help in an emergency
|
Help is available for families and early childhood education and care services in an emergency, like bushfires, cyclones, or floods. Support includes gap fee waivers, extra absences and support for service closures.
How to manage payments and fees
|
Generally, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is paid to providers who pass it on to families. Families must make a co-contribution by paying the gap fee. Providers must take all reasonable steps to collect gap fees electronically.
