Other sanctions, depending on what the non-compliance is, include placing of conditions on the approval of the provider or a service. A provider’s approval may also be immediately suspended in some circumstances.
The Department of Education may also make public any information relating to a sanction. Details of the sanction or suspension, and the provider and service they relate to, may be published on the Department of Education’s website at www.education.gov.au/child-care-enforcement-action-register.
