Child Care Provider Handbook

The Child Care Provider Handbook (the Handbook) is written for providers of early learning and child care. It is a guide to the requirements and responsibilities of child care providers and services that are approved under Family Assistance Law.

This is the first online version of the Child Care Provider Handbook. It has been published in advance of the commencement of the new child care package on 2 July 2018 to help providers prepare for the Child Care Subsidy.
