Child Care Management System


Information on this page refers to the Child Care Management System for Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR) which ceased on 1 July 2018. You can still access this system for historical data relating to CCB and CCR after 1 July 2018.

The Child Care Management System (CCMS) is a national online computer system which administers Australian Government child care fee subsidies. All approved child care services are required to operate under the system.

Prior to 2 July 2018, child care services used the CCMS via their registered third party software to record child enrolment and attendance information. They report this data to the Department of Education and Training over the internet so the Department can calculate fee reductions and pay services on behalf of eligible families.
